Day 1356

So…what is happening in our living room? The Golden Boys are certainly wondering!

There have been a few wonderful surprises in my life. Certainly, discovering my twins on an ultrasound, being offered my first teaching job on the spot and the addition of Ranger when we had only planned to bring sweet Lilly home so many years ago were delightful, inexpected shifts in my world. Dear friends surprising me with a Slumber Party when I turned 50 and repeating that “Wow Moment” when they grabbed me and escorted me to a Bachelorette Party in Las Vegas were shocks to the my normal expected life.

Surprising people, in a good way, is always fun for the “surpriser” and I love to be on that end! The planning, time and effort to pull off a “surprise” is certainly worth it! On the receiving end, it is an honor and a humbling experience. For everyone involved, it is memorable!
