Day 1366
These two sweeties have a party every night! Last night, as they romped around their play area, I decided that the “1 a.m. party” was only a party for two! The party for two Golden puppies had no room for the mama of these pups who was attempting to get a little sleep! Something had to change…
Albert Einstein once said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome.” Well, well, well… Einstein would be shaking his head at me while encouraging me to change my plan.
It is a trait of mine to think in a positive manner. This works most of the time, but also creates scenarios where I repeat failing plans in the hope that “next time” will find success. Rarely is that the case. Still, it is a flaw I work on when it comes to family, yard work, cooking… you name it. What I try to do is visualize a different way to approach something that is not successful and conjure up alternative approaches. I am a work in progress!
So, with the “Puppy Parties” occurring while I am trying to sleep on the couch, Einstein would tell me to abort this insanity NOW! The new plan includes Zoomie Time followed by a kennel for two!!!
Einstein would be proud!
